There is a massive industry built around making us feel bad about ourselves as we age. We are told we need anti-aging products to cover our wrinkles and hide our white hairs.
But I don't believe that an aging body is something to be ashamed of or hide. I think that an aging body is something to be proud of - something to celebrate.
And beyond this belief, I know that we are so much more than our bodies.
We are spirit wrapped in skin. We are blessings bound by bones.
And we all deserve to feel healthy, beautiful, and stress-free at every age.
So today, I want to encourage you to take a few conscious minutes to feel appreciative of yourself - exactly as you are.
Get a hot cup of tea or water and find a quiet place to reflect on the blessings in your life. You are one of my blessings for being here as part of this community.
